Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients :
Onion, Galangal, Lemongrass, Edible Oil ,Salt, Sugar and Black Pepper.

Cooking Instruction :
Pan-fry :
Marinade 500gm steak with IKAN BRAND black pepper sauce. Heat oil over medium heatpan fry steak 3-5 minutes. Heat remaining black pepper sauce with slice onions and pour over steak.

Stir-Fry:
Option 1 : Cut 1kg crabs into piecesHeat 45gm butter in wokAdd IKAN BRAND black pepper saucecrabs and 125ml water and stir wellCover wok and cook over high heat for 5 minutesContinue stir fry until gravy almost dries upServe.

Option 2 : Stir fry 600gm prawn / squid / chicken and water 125ml with 1 packet IKAN BRAND paste.

 

黑胡椒即煮酱

材料:
大葱、南姜、香茅、棕榈油、盐、糖和黑胡椒。

烹饪方式 :
煎煮法:
用 IKAN BRAND 黑胡椒酱腌500克肉排,将些许油加热,用平底锅煎肉排3至5分钟。最后将其余黑胡椒酱及一些洋葱片煮熟,淋在肉排上。

炒法:
方式1:
先将1公斤螃蟹切成块状,用45克牛油热锅并加入IKAN BRAND和胡椒酱、螃蟹和125ml 水一起搅拌均匀。盖锅焖煮约5分钟之后继续炒至汁浓即可。

方式2:将600g 虾、鸡肉、苏东和125ml 水加入IKAN BRAND黑胡椒酱一起炒熟即可。
