TRADITIONAL LAKSA JOHOR PASTE 

Ingredients :
Laksa powder (Cloves, Star Anise, Chili powder, Shrimp), Onion, Garlic, Salt, Sugar and Palm oil.

Cooking Instruction :
1) Pour boil water in a pot. Boil noodles, bean sprouts, shellprawn, fish ball, fish cake and bean puffs in hot water separately. Drain away water and put it aside.
2) Add IKAN BRAND Traditional Laksa Johor Paste to a cooking pot and pour in 800ml (4 cups) of water. Cook until boiling then add in 1 bowl (200 ml) of coconut milk, reboil again.
3) Prepare a bowl and put some noodles, bean sprout, prawn, fish ball and fish cake. Pour some prepared Laksa Johor soup and put some laksa leaves into it. Serve while it hot.

传统柔佛叻沙酱

成份:
叻沙粉(丁香、八角、洋葱,虾,辣椒粉 )、香葱、大蒜、盐、糖和棕榈油。

烹饪方式:
1)将一 包IKAN BRAND传统柔佛叻沙酱料倒进锅里炒香,加入800ml或4杯清水煮沸,然后加入1杯(200ml)浓椰浆,待沸,另煮一锅水将面、豆芽、鲜蛤、虾、鱼丸、鱼饼及豆卜烫熟后沥干。将之前准备好的汤料淋在面和食料上并加少许叻沙叶,趁热食用。
