Cooking Instruction
To Steam:
Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes.Pour in 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Assam Style Fish Paste. Let it steam for another5 minutes. (Approx : 15 minutes)
To Stir-fry:
Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid /Chicken together with 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Assam Style Fish Paste . Add in 200mlwater (1 cup). Continue cooking until boil and serve hot.
