INSTANT CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE
Ingredients :
Onion, Chili, RBD Palm Olein, Curry Powder, Ginger, Lemongrass, Salt & Sugar.
Cooking Instruction :
1) Chicken/meat/fish 1kg, potato 200g, water 400ml (2 cups), thick coconut milk 300gm and a packet of IKAN BRAND Instant Fish Curry Paste.
2) Mix Curry Paste together with chicken/meat and potato in a pot, cook till aromatic. Pour in water then bring to boil and lastly add in coconut milk. Use low heat cook until chicken/ meat is tender. (Approx. : 20 minutes)
咖哩鸡即煮酱
成份:
大葱、辣椒、食用油、咖喱粉、姜、香茅、盐和糖。
烹饪方式:
1)1公斤肉类、马铃薯200克、400毫升或2饭碗的清水、300克浓椰浆和1包IKAN BRAND 咖喱鸡即煮酱料。
2)将肉类及马铃薯切片和酱料倒入锅用慢火炒香,加入清水待沸后加入椰浆。用慢火将肉煮至熟透即可享用。(约20分钟)
