MEE SIAM PASTE
Ingredients :
Onion, Garlic, RBD Palm Olein, Soybeans Paste (Contain Soybeans, Gluten & Sodium Benzoate (E210)), Tamarind, Shrimp, Turmeric, Salt, Sugar and Peanut.
Cooking Instruction :
1) Soak 200gm bee hoon in hot water until soft. Remove and strain the bee hoon.
2) Fry 1 packet IKAN BRAND Mee Siam Paste with 500ml water. Add other ingredients such as shrimp, squid, chicken, mustard greens, bean sprouts and tomatoes for added flavor.
3) When the broth is boiling, add bee hoon. Mix all ingredients until smooth and absorb the gravy.
4) Sprinkle a little of left soup, boiled eggs and bean curd. To more delicious squeezed lime juice. Ready to serve.
米暹即煮酱
成份:
大葱、蒜米、食用油、豆酱(内含黄豆,麸质 & 苯甲酸钠(E210))、亚参、虾米、黄姜、盐、糖和花生。
烹饪方式:
1)将200gm 米粉浸泡在热水里直至软。
2)将一包IKAN BRAND米暹酱与500毫升清水倒入炒锅,用中火炒均匀。
3)加入米粉搅拌均匀,直到米粉吸收酱汁。
4)加上酸柑汁、熟蛋、豆腐即可享用。
