Fried Chicken Flour is a ‘must use’ flour before frying chicken or any seafood. It is used to coat the meat and to develop a crisp coating.

Cooking Instruction

1) Marinate 1kg of chicken wings or drumsticks with 2 eggs and one packet of Ikan Brand Flour and set aside for 20 – 30 minutes.

2) Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry chicken until cooked and golden brown in color.

*Suitable for fried prawn and squid.
