Cooking Instruction
1) Soak 200gm beehoon in hot water until soft.Remove and strain the beehoon.
2) Fry 1 packet IKAN BRAND Mee Siam Paste with 500ml water. Add other ingredients such as shrimp,squid,chicken,bean sprouts and tomatoes.
3) When the broth is boiling,add beehoon. Mix all ingredients until gravy is absorbed.
4) Add in boiled eggs and bean curd. To be more delicious, squeeze in lime juice and ready to serve.
